Responsibilities:

Monitoring, planning & schedulling kegiatan maintenance untuk mesin –mesin berat pelabuhan antara lain : Crane, Excavator, Loader, dll

Requirements:

Pria
Pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin / Elektro (IPk min 2.75)
Pengalaman min 3 th sebagai teknisi Heavy Equipment (mesin berat diatas 500 KVA)

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as Workstudy Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer

Good knowledge in project management including process, method, improvement and organization

Graduate Engineering Degree in Electrical & Electronics from a reputed University with 4 to 10 Years of hands on experience in Electrical Automation & Siemens PLC Control, Modification & Trouble shooting in a big size Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities:

PLC (Siemens S7) - Control, Monitoring, Modification & Trouble shooting, HMI, DC Drives & AC Drives, Communication protocol between PLC & Drives (SIEMENS PLC -S7)

Instrumentation: Temperatures Transmeters, Pressure Transmeters, Flow Meters, Temperature Recorders,Pyrometers, Controllers & Weighing Systems

Periodic testing & preventive & break down Maintenance of above mentioned equipment

Good team player & fluent in English

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

Maintenance Technician PT Rexam Packaging Indonesia (Jatim)

Responsibilities:

Handle for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all the machine are ready and safe for production process
Responsible for implement of corrective maintenance on time as per the target
Responsible for solving the technical problem on the machine and determine long term solution to prevent the same problem on the machine will repeated
Responsible for implementation of preparation activities and mold maintenance as required by ISO 9001 : 2008
Job Scope :
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Responsible for improve and implement of Standard Operating Procedure and Working Instruction of maintenance as follow ISO 9001 : 2008

Requirements:

University degree ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years hands on experience in international manufacturing companies, familiar plastic production and consumer packaging industry preferred
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, QMS
Decisive, good interpersonal communication skills, enjoys to drive changes
Team player, strong sense of responsibility and accountability towards delivery of Total Productive Maintenance objectives
Hard work and able to work under pressure
Good command of English
