Responsibilities:
- Handle for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all the machine are ready and safe for production process
- Responsible for implement of corrective maintenance on time as per the target
- Responsible for solving the technical problem on the machine and determine long term solution to prevent the same problem on the machine will repeated
- Responsible for implementation of preparation activities and mold maintenance as required by ISO 9001 : 2008
- Job Scope :
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Responsible for improve and implement of Standard Operating Procedure and Working Instruction of maintenance as follow ISO 9001 : 2008
Requirements:
- University degree ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years hands on experience in international manufacturing companies, familiar plastic production and consumer packaging industry preferred
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, QMS
- Decisive, good interpersonal communication skills, enjoys to drive changes
- Team player, strong sense of responsibility and accountability towards delivery of Total Productive Maintenance objectives
- Hard work and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English
